Responsible for facilitating entry of new faculty and courses into the dual enrollment program. Coordinate activities and communication between local high school administration, department chair, university administration, admission, registrar’s office and state government.

Leadership of Access Services Department for the Calvin T. Ryan Library. Supervision of student workers and paraprofessionals in the areas of stacks maintenance, circulation, and public services.

Served as information literacy and reference librarian for the campus. Designed all research guides, facilitated online learning through module creation and distribution within the Canvas Learning Management System. Managed student tutoring services for the campus in addition to library duties.

Managed a full service 24/7 facility comprising two buildings, Kimbel Library and Bryan Information Commons during evening and overnight hours. Ensured continued circulation, ILL and reference services throughout all hours of the night. Hired, trained, supervised, and evaluated six full-time permanent Access Services Specialists and twenty-five Student Workers. Managed circulation services, stack maintenance, ILL and consortium transactions. Managed staff and patrons through emergency operations and severe weather events.

Supervised 15 Student Workers provided customer service and support to all patrons. Processed circulation transactions including ILL and consortium transactions for patrons. Provided research assistance to patrons in absence of a Librarian. Assisted patrons with minor/moderate computing and technology issues. Assisted supervisor in facility management, community outreach and marketing, and patron safety.
